Job Summary

We are looking for a Jewellery Product Development (PD) Coordinator to coordinate between jewellery manufacturing, CAD/design teams, and digital inventory. The role will ensure that physical jewellery products, CAD designs, specifications, and online product data are accurately aligned throughout the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Production, CAD Designers, Merchandising, Inventory, and E-commerce teams.
- Manage the complete product development process from CAD/design approval to physical jewellery production.
- Verify product specifications, dimensions, weights, stones, metal details, and design requirements.
- Maintain accurate product master data, SKUs, images, CAD files, and digital inventory records.
- Coordinate CAD corrections and ensure designs match the approved physical product.
- Track prototypes, samples, production status, and product approvals.




- Ensure finished jewellery is accurately reflected in the digital inventory/ERP system.
- Identify discrepancies between physical products, CAD designs, and system records and coordinate corrections.
- Prepare product development reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Work closely with international/e-commerce teams to ensure product information is ready for online listing.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Jewellery Product Development, Jewellery Manufacturing, Production Coordination, or Merchandising.
- Positive understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and CAD designs.
- Experience working with ERP / inventory management systems.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery specifications, stones, metal, weights, and product documentation.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products/projects.
