As a Senior Associate specializing in Java Microservices, EJB, and Banking/Insurance, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice.

Your role will involve leveraging your skills in software engineering to create impactful products that meet client needs and drive business success. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, anticipating needs, and navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development while maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Java microservices and EJB solutions for banking and insurance clients




- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize enterprise application architecture
- Managing the application lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment, using CI/CD methodologies
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Utilizing API management and integration techniques to enhance system interoperability
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional software solutions
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to validate seamless application performance
- Leading business process improvement initiatives through effective software engineering practices
- Applying object-oriented design principles to create scalable and maintainable software systems
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
