Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for Kafka-based enterprise applications and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and service disruptions.
- Monitor application and platform health and drive proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure platform stability and reliability.
- Support CI/CD activities, deployments, and operational excellence initiatives.
