Role Description The Java DSA Trainer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Namakkal, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities such as online classes, content preparation, and student mentoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering structured training sessions on Core Java and Data Structures & Algorithms, both in-person and online. The trainer will design course materials, practice questions, coding exercises, and assessments to support learners at various levels.

Additional tasks include tracking learner progress, providing feedback, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and collaborating with the team to improve curriculum and teaching methods. The role may also involve contributing to online tech education initiatives,



workshops, and campus training programs.

Qualifications

- Solid programming skills in Core Java, including object-oriented concepts, collections, exception handling, and Java APIs.
- Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, sorting, searching, time and space complexity).
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching learners in programming and problem-solving, preferably in a classroom or online training environment.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, training materials, coding assignments, and assessments tailored to beginner and intermediate learners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
- Comfort with online teaching tools, learning management systems, and code collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with competitive programming, interview-style DSA problems, or placement-focused training is an added advantage.
- Commitment to learner success, patience, and a collaborative mindset to work with the training and placement support teams.
