- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
- Build RESTful APIs and micro-services.
- Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka.
- Optimize application performance, multithreading, and database queries.
- Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas and optimize SQL performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills • Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot,



Hibernate/JPA • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka • Strong knowledge of Multithreading and Concurrency • Expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and database design • Experience building highly scalable, distributed micro-services • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Design Patterns, and OOP • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD is a plus Preferred • Experience with Redis, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and performance tuning.
