Role Description This part-time Technical Consultant role is based in Coimbatore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office engagement with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Consultant will provide hands-on technical support to clients, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems. The role involves consulting with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, recommending appropriate solutions, and supporting the implementation of those solutions. Day-to-day activities include analyzing system performance, preparing concise documentation, collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues, and assisting the sales team with technical inputs during client interactions. The Technical Consultant is expected to maintain clear communication with clients, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service quality.

Strong Analytical Skills to assess issues, interpret data, and propose effective, practical solutions.




Consulting experience to understand client needs, translate requirements into technical actions, and advise on best practices.
Hands-on Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve system, application, or configuration issues efficiently.
Sales-related capabilities to support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including explaining technical features and benefits to clients.
Solid understanding of IT systems, software applications, or relevant technical domains.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a client-facing technical or consulting role is an advantage.
