Role Description Role Description
Full-time, on-site Business Development Associate /Intern role in Mumbai.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities with system integrators, consultants, and enterprise customers.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle for AV and IT solutions.




Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and position solutions.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
Nurture partner relationships.
Provide timely sales reporting and market feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.

Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple opportunities, and coordinate effectively with technical and operations teams.
Relevant experience in AV/IT distribution, system integration, or technology sales is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
