Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Raipur. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, sales performance, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies. The Store Manager ensures a high standard of customer service,



resolves customer concerns, and maintains an engaging in-store experience aligned with Blackberrys’ brand values. The role includes monitoring store profitability, managing loss prevention measures, preparing reports, and collaborating with regional leadership on sales strategies and promotional activities. The Store Manager also leads, trains, and motivates the team to achieve targets and uphold consistent service and presentation standards.
