Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Trainer to empower individuals from underprivileged communities by providing basic to intermediate computer education. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, job-oriented training that enhances digital literacy and improves employability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet usage, Email, etc.)

- Teach fundamental IT concepts such as hardware, software, and digital tools

- Develop and deliver easy-to-understand training materials suited for beginners

- Assess students’ learning progress and provide continuous feedback

- Support students in building resumes and preparing for basic IT-related job roles

- Maintain attendance & batch records and training reports

- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of computer lab equipment

- Encourage participation and create an inclusive learning environment





Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of computers and IT applications

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Valuable communication and teaching skills

- Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners

- Patience and empathy while working with learners from diverse backgrounds

- Graduate or diploma in IT/Computer Science (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in teaching or training

- Experience working with NGOs or community-based programs is an advantage
