- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users via phone, email, chat, and tickets.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, operating system, and application issues.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Handle password resets, user account issues, and access-related requests.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and basic connectivity issues.
- Log, update, and close incidents and service requests in ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Follow IT security, compliance, and company support procedures.
