Key Responsibilities

- Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals
- Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS Office & basic applications
- Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches & Wi-Fi networks
- Handle hardware installation, upgrades & preventive maintenance
- Basic server support, data backup & system monitoring
- User account management (Email, system access, basic security settings)
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware & services
- Maintain IT asset inventory & documentation

Technical Skills Required

- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches & firewalls (basic)
- Understanding of IT security best practices
- Troubleshooting skills for hardware, OS & network issues

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / BCA / B.Sc IT / BE (IT/Computer)
- Experience in a corporate IT support environment
- Valuable communication & problem-solving skills
