We are looking for an experienced IT Product Support Specialist to join our Bhopal support centre and become part of our growing global support team.

Role Overview:

As an IT Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and product support to our restaurant clients and internal teams across multiple regions. The role involves troubleshooting EPOS systems, supporting integrations, resolving application and Microsoft 365 issues, validating operational data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. This position requires excellent technical troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with Product, Development, and Operations teams.

As we continue to expand our global support coverage, the role will require participation in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs to support customers across the UAE, UK, and Australia.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred in IT, Computer Science, or a related field).
- 2–4 years of relevant IT/Product Support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, filtering, reporting, and basic formulas for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Robust experience with EPOS systems (Toast, Syrve, Micros Simphony).
- Experience in troubleshooting integrations, APIs, or SaaS applications is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Ability to support clients across different regions and time zones (UAE, UK, and Australia).
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365.
- Experience with hardware/software provisioning and endpoint support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs based on business requirements.
- Fast learner with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day technical support for restaurant chains across multiple regions, including the UAE, UK, and Australia.
- Troubleshoot and manage EPOS systems such as Toast, Syrve, and Micros Simphony.
- Respond to client requests via email, calls, and remote support tools with professionalism and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot EPOS integrations, API connectivity, and data synchronization issues.
- Validate daily operational reports, investigate data discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal IT and Development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and IT assets for new and existing employees.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Excel.
- Document issues, maintain knowledge base articles, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Participate in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs to support business operations across multiple time zones, including the UAE, UK, and Australia.
