Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems and software across all branches
- Ensure data security, backup processes and disaster recovery measures are in place
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software and network-related requirements
- Provide IT helpdesk support and resolve technical issues raised by employees promptly
- Implement and maintain ERP, accounting and other business software systems
- Monitor network performance and proactively address connectivity or system issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of systems and processes
- Drive IT-related process improvements and support digital initiatives across the organisation

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network or system administration roles




- Strong knowledge of networking, system administration and data security practices
- Experience in vendor coordination and IT helpdesk management
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multi-location IT support
- Solid sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
