We are looking for an experienced Investment Sales Manager to attract and onboard investors from Dubai and the GCC region for premium real estate projects in India. The ideal candidate should have strong connections with investors, along with a proven track record in investment sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire investors for Indian real estate projects.
- Build relationships with investment groups.
- Present investment opportunities and close high-value deals.
- Conduct investor meetings, networking events, and roadshows.
- Achieve investment and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in investment sales, real estate, or wealth management.
- Robust investor network in Dubai/GCC.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with Indian real estate investments is preferred.
