QA / Software Testing Intern

Location: Remote

We believe that healthcare products must be reliable, simple, and thoroughly tested. As a QA / Software Testing Intern, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to identify issues before new features reach doctors and patients.

What You Will Work On
Test new features before release
Test the MedSnap application across desktop, mobile, and tablet views
Identify, reproduce, and clearly document software bugs
Write structured bug reports with screenshots and screen recordings
Perform functional, usability, compatibility, and regression testing




Test complete user journeys from start to finish
Verify bug fixes and confirm whether issues have been properly resolved
Test the application across different browsers, including Chrome and Safari
Validate responsive design and UI consistency across screen sizes
Check form validations, error messages, loading states, and edge cases
Test role-based workflows for doctors, clinic staff, administrators, and patients
Maintain test cases, bug trackers, and testing documentation
Flag usability problems and suggest product improvements
Work with developers to explain, reproduce, and retest issues
Support testing during production releases
