Role Description
The Accounting Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bankura. The Accounting Specialist will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts. This role involves working with accounting software to record transactions,



monitor cash flow, and support budgeting and financial reporting for ongoing real estate and construction projects. The Accounting Specialist will coordinate with project teams to track expenses, ensure accurate billing, and maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. The role also includes assisting with audits, supporting financial analysis for investment and joint venture projects, and providing clear, timely financial information to management.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Financial Statements, Finance, and Analytical Skills.
Candidates should possess solid experience with Accounting Software and Journal Entries (Accounting).
Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based accounting is an advantage.
