nWe are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader / Head of Sales with strong exposure to the US market to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and sales excellence. The ideal candidate will lead a large sales team, own an end-to-end sales strategy, and take final ownership of deal closures while reporting directly to the CEO.
nKey Responsibilities
nSales Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ Business Development Executives (BDEs) / Business Development Managers (BDMs)n
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the teamn
- Track and review weekly and monthly team performance, pipelines, and closuresn
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action plansn

nRevenue Growth & Deal Closure

- Take final-level ownership of negotiations and deal closuresn
- Drive high-value and strategic sales opportunities in the US marketn
- Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targetsn
- Build and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipelinen

nClient Acquisition & Market Expansion

- Acquire current clients in the US market through strategic prospecting and networkingn
- Develop strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholdersn
- Identify new market opportunities and growth areasn
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiationsn

nStrategy & Reporting

- Work closely with the CEO on sales strategy, forecasting, and expansion plansn
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and insightsn
- Improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies for higher efficiencyn
