Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring timely compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and process purchase, sales, and expense entries.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Maintain records of payments, receipts, advances, and expenses.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.




Support audit requirements and provide necessary documents and information.
Work on accounting software and MS Excel for reporting and data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Good knowledge of Tally, accounting principles, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger management.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Experience in a manufacturing, electronics, or trading company will be an added advantage.
Preferred
Knowledge of inventory accounting.
Experience in handling vendor payments and customer outstanding.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
