Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on international, regional, political, strategic, and military affairs
- Analyze foreign policy trends, security dynamics, and geopolitical developments, particularly relevant to Asia and global affairs




- Apply robust analytical and critical thinking to interpret complex policy issues

Writing & Publications
- Produce well-structured research reports, policy briefs, and analytical articles
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and policy relevance in all written outputs
- Collaborate with editors and senior researchers to meet publication standards

Collaboration & Monitoring
- Work with international researchers and analysts across regions
- Stay updated on current international developments, security trends, and diplomatic processes
- Contribute ideas for future research themes and projects

Qualifications & Skills Required
- 2+ years' experience at a national think tank (required)
- Native-level fluency in written English
- Strong background in International Relations
- Demonstrated experience in research and analytical writing
- Ability to work independently in a remote, research-driven environment

Preferred
- Master’s degree or PhD in International Relations, Political Science
- Prior experience with think tanks, research institutes, or policy organizations
- Familiarity with international security, geopolitics, or strategic affairs
- Published articles, reports, or policy papers (a strong plus)

Compensation

- Per-article model: $100–$300 per piece, based on quality
