Job Role

- Generate and qualify leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email campaigns, and other international channels.

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and other global markets.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international prospects and clients.

- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project estimates.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams for requirement gathering and project execution.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.





- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Specification

- Strong experience in International Business Development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Upwork, Guru, Fiverr etc. and email outreach.

- Ability to handle international clients and work across different time zones.

- Strong proposal writing and client relationship management skills.

- Exposure with Staffing & Off Shore outsourcing cos. will be given the Preference.
