Sales & Operations Executive We are looking for a smart, organised and dependable person to support the day-to-day business operations of Meya Solutions. This is an office-based role combining sales coordination, MIS, basic accounts support and administration. It is suitable for someone interested in architectural products who wants to learn and grow in business administration and operations.

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a telecalling, cold-calling, banking, insurance or field-sales role. ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotations, basic reports and MIS in Excel Handle petty cash, expenses, bills and basic accounting records Support invoicing, payment tracking and vendor documentation Coordinate with vendors, project teams and internal departments Maintain office records,



files and administrative documentation Prepare PowerPoint/Canva presentations when required Learn Meya’s lighting products, projects and business processes Candidates from an Electrical/Electronics background will be preferred. Growth of the Role First 3 Months: Accounts support, administration, MIS, documentation, quotations and understanding the business.

Next 3 Months: Gradually take responsibility for sales enquiries, quotation follow-ups and routine client coordination.
