Job Title: AGM Interior Design - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented AGM level Interior Designer with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior designs for various real estate projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the interior design team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts that meet client requirements
- Oversee the selection of materials, furniture, and finishes for each project
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in interior design
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- 15+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on real estate projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
