Role Description The Interior Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for designing functional, aesthetically aligned interior spaces for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing layouts, preparing detailed drawings, and developing 3D visualizations and presentations that align with client requirements and WallFabrica’s design standards.

The role involves coordinating interior architecture and fit-out plans with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure accurate execution within timelines and budgets.

The Interior





Architect will participate in client meetings, conduct site assessments, specify materials and finishes, and collaborate closely with the modular furniture team for integrated design solutions. The position also requires adherence to safety standards, building codes, and internal quality guidelines while supporting continuous improvement of design processes and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Interior Design and Interior Architecture for creating cohesive, functional, and visually compelling spaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Space Planning to develop efficient layouts and ensure alignment with structural and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Interior Fit-out, including detailing, material specification, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects, preferably including modular furniture and turnkey solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting quality and delivery milestones.
