Role Description The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales of life insurance products to individual and corporate clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi involves identifying prospective customers, understanding their protection and investment needs, and recommending suitable ICICI Prudential Life solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, explaining product features and benefits, conducting needs-based financial discussions, and assisting customers through the application and documentation process.



The role also includes providing post-sale support, maintaining strong relationships with existing policyholders, and collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The Insurance Sales

Executive is expected to maintain accurate records of sales activities, adhere to regulatory and company compliance requirements, and actively participate in training and development programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed defined targets.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to explain products clearly and guide customers in their decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse customer segments.
- Goal-oriented mindset with good negotiation and closing abilities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic understanding of financial planning concepts and life insurance regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English; comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sales will be an advantage.
