Role Description The Instagram Expert role at 3DFuzion is a full-time, on-site position based in Politics of Chandigarh. In this role, the team member will plan, create, and publish engaging Instagram content, including posts, Reels, Stories, and captions aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The Instagram

Expert will manage the content calendar, optimize posting times, respond to comments and direct messages, and monitor community interactions to support follower growth and engagement. Daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics, tracking trends, coordinating with the design and marketing teams, and suggesting new ideas to improve reach and conversions.



The role also involves staying updated on Instagram best practices, platform features, and competitor activities to keep 3DFuzion’s clients visible and competitive.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with followers, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage schedules, content calendars, and coordination tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic Accounting and reporting skills to track campaign budgets, performance metrics, and prepare straightforward reports.
- Candidates should have proven experience managing Instagram pages, including content creation, community management, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should be familiar with social media tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics tools) and have a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong writing skills for captions, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Politics of Chandigarh.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
