Role Description The Inside Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram. The intern supports inside sales activities by identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and online channels, sharing information about Kefi Tech’s solutions, and coordinating follow-ups.

The intern collaborates with senior sales team members to prepare proposals, schedule meetings or demos, and contribute to sales campaigns.



The role also involves gathering customer feedback, supporting customer satisfaction initiatives, and providing transparent communication between prospects, customers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify prospects and support the sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to respond to inquiries and help maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication.
- Basic understanding of software or technology services is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with common office productivity tools and willingness to learn CRM or sales software.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Motivation to build a career in sales and openness to coaching and feedback.
