About the Role

MakeMyTrip's cab booking functions include seamless user interface, real-time tracking, and multiple payment options. We are seeking sales agents who can effectively communicate these features to CUSTOMERS, driving increased sales of our platform for cab bookings.

What will you be doing

Drive sales for cab bookings through effective communication and persuasion.

Provide personalized assistance to customers in selecting the right cab services based on their preferences.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
