About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Influencer Marketer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should understand social media, influencer collaborations, content trends, and digital campaigns, with the ability to build strong relationships with creators and influencers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
Plan and coordinate influencer collaborations and campaigns.
Coordinate with influencers and internal teams for campaign execution.
Stay updated on social media, creator, and content trends.
Monitor campaign engagement and performance.
Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the company's digital presence.
Support influencer marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
Any educational background — relevant practical experience is the key requirement.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
Creative thinking and a proactive approach.
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Previous influencer campaign experience is an advantage.
Portfolio or work samples are optional but welcome.
