Role Description The Incubation Manager internship is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting startups and project teams within the incubation program, coordinating mentor sessions, and tracking milestones for incubated ventures. The intern will assist in evaluating new ideas and proposals, conducting market and technology research, and preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
They will help organize events such as demo days, workshops, and founder meetups, while maintaining documentation, dashboards, and communication channels related to the incubation pipeline.
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across quantum tech, AI, eGovernance, education, and MedTech initiatives to ensure smooth program operations.
Qualifications
- Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information from technology and market sources.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as Quantum Technologies, AI, eGovernance, EdTech, or MedTech, and willingness to learn across domains.
- Program coordination and organizational skills, including managing schedules, documentation, and tracking deliverables for multiple stakeholders.
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence with founders, mentors, and partners.
- Basic understanding of startup ecosystems, innovation pipelines, or venture incubation is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, science, business, management, or related fields; strong academic or project work is an advantage.
- Prior internship, project, or campus leadership experience in technology, entrepreneurship, or innovation programs is a plus.
