Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards during all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production for maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and equipment history records.
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians; manage contractors as required.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Ensure statutory compliance for pressure vessels, boilers, lifting equipment, etc.
- Support plant modification, expansion, and reliability improvement projects.
