Working Days: 5 Days

We are hiring Experience Associates (CSR) for an International Call Center handling a US Process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer service and sales-related calls for international customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Pitch products/services and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong communication and convincing skills.
- Maintain a positive, go-getter attitude towards work.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: HSC Pass or above.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.




- Candidates with 6+ months of International BPO experience are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.
- Strong sales and pitching skills will be an advantage.
