Role Description The Immigration Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will engage with prospective clients, understand their immigration needs, and provide tailored consulting on suitable visa options and resettlement pathways. Day-to-day tasks include conducting initial assessments, explaining eligibility criteria and process steps, preparing and presenting service proposals, and guiding clients through documentation requirements.

The role involves maintaining regular follow-ups, addressing client queries, coordinating with internal processing teams,



and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Consultant will work to meet sales targets while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction, accurate information, and ethical practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, including lead conversion, proposal presentation, and target-oriented selling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills for explaining complex immigration processes in an accessible manner.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to assess client profiles, recommend suitable visa options, and provide informed guidance.
- Relevant experience in immigration services, travel, overseas education, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and follow structured sales and service processes.
- Strong attention to detail, ethical conduct, and a client-focused mindset.
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional training in sales, counseling, or immigration law is an advantage.
