Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Ice Cream Machine Operator responsible for operating and monitoring ice cream processing and production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production as per quality standards and production plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor ice cream production machines and processing equipment.
- Handle equipment such as continuous freezer, homogenizer, pasteurizer, aging tank, mix preparation system, filling/packing machines ,cone machine ,cup machine extrusion, Bite linr, line,Xray,printer and related utilities.
- critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, overrun and product consistency.
- Ensure production is carried out as per SOP, production plan and quality standards.
- Perform machine start-up, shutdown, changeover and basic troubleshooting.
- Minimize machine downtime, product wastage and process losses.
- Maintain proper GMP, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety practices.
- Record production parameters, machine readings, downtime and other required data.
- Coordinate with Production,



Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper cleaning and CIP/cleaning procedures are followed.
- Identify abnormalities in machine performance and immediately report breakdowns or quality issues.
- Maintain housekeeping of the production area as per 5S standards.
- Manpower handling working on machine
- Documentation and record keeping

Required Skills

- Knowledge of ice cream/dairy processing and manufacturing equipment.
- Basic understanding of SCADA/HMI and machine controls.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety practices.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in shift operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in ice cream, dairy, FMCG, food processing or beverage manufacturing plants will be preferred.
