Job Title: IBM MDM Developer Solution Architect

Location: Hyderabad and Chennai

Experience: 10+ years

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM MDM Developer Architect with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of hands-on development skills and solution architecture experience, capable of leading end-to-end IBM MDM implementations while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement IBM MDM solutions to support enterprise master data initiatives.
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for customer, provider, product, and reference data domains.
- Configure and customize IBM InfoSphere MDM components and services.
- Develop and maintain data models, matching algorithms, survivorship rules, and data governance processes.
- Integrate IBM MDM with upstream and downstream applications using APIs, middleware, and ETL solutions.
- Provide technical leadership during requirement gathering, design reviews, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for MDM applications.
- Collaborate with business users, data stewards,



architects, and project teams to ensure high-quality master data management practices.
- Mentor junior developers and establish MDM best practices.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in IBM MDM / IBM InfoSphere MDM.
- Robust experience with MDM architecture, design, and implementation.
- Expertise in Entity Management, Matching, Linking, Data Stewardship, and Data Governance.
- Experience with IBM MDM Workbench, Business Services, and Data Integrator components.
- Strong SQL and database skills with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience integrating MDM systems with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality, and metadata management.
- Experience in REST/SOAP-based integrations and API development.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Knowledge of Informatica, Reltio, or other MDM platforms.
- Experience in Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing domains.
- IBM MDM certifications preferred.
- Experience leading technical teams and client-facing engagements.
