Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to manage end-to-end HVAC projects, including planning, execution, coordination, installation, commissioning, and project completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Review project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and project standards.
- Identify project risks and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams for technical clarifications.




- Monitor project costs and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide project status updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and HVAC standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related field.
- 510 years of relevant experience in HVAC project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience in handling commercial / industrial HVAC projects.
- Valuable project planning, team management, and client coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in HVAC project execution, VRV/VRF, chillers, ducting, piping, installation and commissioning will be preferred.
