Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Grando Solar Energy is a full time, on-site role based in Godhra. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
The Human Resources
Manager will develop and maintain HR processes, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. Daily activities include managing employee relations,
resolving workplace issues, coordinating training and development initiatives, maintaining HR records and documentation, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in partnership with finance. The role also involves fostering a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with Grando Solar’s values and growth objectives.

- Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including job profiling, interviewing, and selection.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR operations, including onboarding, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess understanding of labor laws, compliance, and workplace grievance handling.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR managerial or supervisory role, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors, is beneficial.
