Role Overview

We're looking for an HR Manager to own the end-to-end HR function at GrowthX Estates — a high-ownership role for someone who can run HR operations for a growing, sales-driven organization while working closely with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Manage end-to-end hiring for sales, marketing, and operations roles
- Source candidates via job portals, consultants, and referral networks
- Coordinate interviews, HR rounds, and offer finalization
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation

HR Operations & Statutory Compliance:

- Maintain attendance, leave, and personnel records
- Administer leave policy per the Haryana Shops & Commercial Establishments Act — 7 days Casual Leave + 7 days Sick Leave (flat annual grant), and Earned Leave accruing at 1 day per 20 days worked
- Handle pro-rata leave calculations for new joiners and exits
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, and other applicable labor law requirements)

Policy & Documentation:





- Formalize and implement HR policies as the company scales
- Maintain and refine offer letter templates, employee handbook, and HR SOPs
- Support performance appraisal cycles and evaluation frameworks

Payroll & HR Reporting:

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and attendance-payroll reconciliation
- Own Excel-based HR MIS — headcount, attrition, and leave trackers — and report to leadership

Employee Engagement & Relations:

- Drive engagement initiatives to support retention in a sales-driven workplace
- Serve as first point of contact for employee grievances

Leadership Coordination:

- Work directly with the founding team on workforce planning and HR infrastructure as the company grows

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience (real estate, sales-driven, or startup environments preferred)
- Working knowledge of the Haryana Shops & Commercial Establishments Act
- Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, HR MIS, reporting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growing organization
