EdvioniX is offering an opportunity for motivated students and aspiring HR professionals to gain practical exposure to the world of Human Resources through a structured, work-from-home internship.

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the team on recruitment, candidate coordination, HR operations, and ongoing people-related initiatives. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience rather than purely theoretical learning.

Role & Responsibilities

- Support talent sourcing and candidate identification across relevant platforms and channels
- Screen candidates and assist with shortlisting based on role requirements
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, follow-ups, and recruitment updates
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and other HR documentation
- Support internal communication and coordination across teams
- Assist with HR research, including policies, trends, and industry practices
- Contribute to employee engagement and Learning & Development initiatives
- Support outreach and coordination with colleges, organizations, and other potential hiring partners
- Participate in ongoing HR projects and initiatives





Who We’re Looking For

- 12th-pass candidates, undergraduate students, and graduates from any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in Human Resources and recruitment
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Access to a laptop and a reliable internet connection
- Candidates must be based in India
