Role Description The Human Resources Executive Intern will support day-to-day HR activities and assist in maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This is an internship role based in office at the Kozhikode office.

Responsibilities include assisting with HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and helping manage employee records and documentation. The intern will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, support the implementation of HR policies, and assist in handling basic employee queries. The role also involves coordinating with different teams,



preparing HR reports, and learning best practices in HR management within a fast-paced digital and technology environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including a foundational understanding of core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to support documentation, compliance, and process execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with an interest in fostering a respectful, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields (ongoing or completed).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
