: HR Manager

1. Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and resume screening to interviews and reference checks, utilizing ATS.
2. Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to integrate new hires.
3. Address and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.
4. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
5. Support all departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
6. Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) to facilitate performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
7. Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
8. Design and deliver training programs using traditional and modern methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, classroom, e-learning, workshops, simulations).
9. Evaluate training effectiveness and align training goals with business objectives.
10. Delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel.
11. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
12. Design and implement HR policies, compensation, and perks packages, ensuring legal compliance.

Monitor and maintain internal HR systems and databases (HRMS).
14. Ensure the company adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
15. Align HR strategies with overall business goals.
16. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.
17. Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture.

Required Candidate profile
1. Proven experience as an HR/Training Manager, preferably in the IT sector.
2. Expertise in designing compensation and benefits packages.
3. Ability to develop and implement clear and fair company policies.
4. Proficiency with HRMS, ATS, and PMS systems.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
7. Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide effective leadership and training.
8. Possession of key competencies: conflict management, business negotiation, organization, and decision-making.
9. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
10. Track record in handling employee grievances.
