At Raise, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, processes and creating a great employee experience. As a part of the HR team, you’ll work closely with HR and business teams to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes, and help build efficient and employee-friendly HR practices.

What You’ll Do:

- Support the HR team in monthly payroll preparation, validation and coordination with Finance/payroll partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate employee data updates in HRMS/Keka.
- Support employee documentation for onboarding, transfers and exits.
- Coordinate BGV processes, follow up on pending cases and maintain BGV records.
- Maintain leave and attendance records and support resolution of employee queries.
- Support F&F;, loans, reimbursements and employee benefits processes.
- Maintain employee master data, HR trackers and organisation charts.
- Support performance and appraisal activities,



including KRA updates and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and trackers.
- Support compensation benchmarking by gathering market data, preparing comparisons and maintaining compensation trackers.
- Support HR audits by preparing employee records, reports and required documentation, and following up on audit actions.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, managers and employees for timely closure of HR activities.
- Support improvements in HR processes and HRMS workflows.

Expected Skills:

- 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Coordination.
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Good understanding of payroll, HRMS, employee documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with Keka or similar HRMS preferred.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and data management skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively as part of an HR team.
