The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding and maintaining a positive work environment. Recruit and screen candidates for different positions.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds. Post vacancies on job portals and social media platforms. Handle joining formalities and employee onboarding. Coordinate with management and employees regarding HR-related matters.





Support employee engagement and retention activities. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Requirements Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
