HUID Executive – Jewellery Industry

Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai

We are looking for a detail-oriented HUID Executive to manage HUID-related activities for gold jewellery as per BIS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle HUID registration, verification, and tagging of jewellery.
- Maintain accurate records of HUID numbers and jewellery details.
- Coordinate with the BIS Hallmarking Centre for hallmarking and HUID-related activities.
- Verify HUID details before dispatch of jewellery.
- Maintain proper documentation and update HUID records in the system.
- Coordinate with production, QC, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company and BIS procedures.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry preferred.
- Knowledge of HUID, BIS Hallmarking, and gold jewellery processes.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
