Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern (Paid Internship)

Location: Remote

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand client hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes according to job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned hiring requirements.
- Learn and follow recruitment best practices.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Postgraduate Freshers(Any HR Stream).




- MBA (HR) students/freshers are preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Own laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
