HR Sales Executive Company: Madisha HR Consultancy Private Limited Department: Business Development / Sales Job Type: Full-Time Location: Greater Noida Experience: 1–5 Years Reporting To: Business Head / Director About the RoleMadisha HR Consultancy Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Sales Executive to drive business development and acquire new corporate clients for our recruitment and HR consultancy services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, making sales calls, arranging meetings, understanding client hiring requirements, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities· Identify and generate new business opportunities through calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, and other channels. · Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients. · Contact HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Heads, and decision-makers to introduce Madisha’s recruitment and HR consultancy services. · Understand clients’ manpower and recruitment requirements and communicate them effectively to the recruitment team. · Arrange client meetings and presentations to explain the company’s services. · Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, commercial quotations, and service details with prospective clients. · Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of new business. · Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. · Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. · Follow up regularly with prospects and clients for business conversion and repeat requirements. · Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, proposals, closures, and client interactions. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.



· Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the recruitment and HR consultancy sector. · Explore opportunities for recruitment, staffing, executive search, payroll, and other HR-related services.

Required

Skills· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Robust sales and business development skills. · Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities. · Ability to communicate confidently with HR professionals and senior management. · Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills. · Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and LinkedIn. · Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. · Ability to work independently as well as with a team. · Prior experience in HR consultancy, recruitment sales, staffing sales, B2B sales, or corporate sales will be preferred.

Indicators (KPIs)· Number of new leads generated. · Number of client meetings and presentations. · New corporate clients acquired. · Conversion of leads into business. · Revenue generated. · Monthly/quarterly sales target achievement. · Repeat business and client retention. · Quality and consistency of client relationships.

Qualification Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or HR will be an advantage.

Experience: 1–5 years in B2B Sales / Business Development / Recruitment Sales / HR Consultancy Sales / Staffing Sales.
