HR Recruiter / Sr. HR Recruiter (ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE)

Job Location: RV Desai Road, Near Pratap Nagar, Vadodara -39001

Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Gender: Female Only

Role & responsibilities:

- Design & Implement recruitment strategy.
- Understand client requirement & .
- Sourcing & attracting candidates by using Databases, Job Portals, Naukri.com, Head Hunting, Referrals
- Screen & Filtering Candidates for Open positions like: relevant Skills, Education, Exp. etc.




- Candidates assessment against appropriated criteria.
- Cold calls to suitable candidates.
- Post Job to appropriate job portals.
- Following up with candidates for reply, interview date, joining etc.
- Administrative duties & generate daily, weekly and monthly reports (MIS).

Preferred candidate profile:

- Any Graduate + Master Degree but MBA (HR) / MSW / MHRM /M.Com (HR) / PGDHRM would be preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 yrs (Fresher can apply)
- Female Only
- Posses Valuable Communication, Analytical, Counseling & Computer Skills
- Should be a born Tele-Caller & Human Capital Builder
- Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel
