Role Description The HR Manager role at RRPL is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, support training and development initiatives, and maintain accurate HR documentation and records.

The HR Manager will work closely with leadership and department heads to align workforce planning with business objectives, handle employee relations and grievance resolution, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.



The position also involves coordinating HR audits, supporting compliance for GMP and GLP environments, and contributing to continuous improvement in HR processes.
