Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in HR operations, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management system, HR policy formulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and HRIS systems
- Manage employee lifecycle—onboarding to exit
- Drive performance management and training programs
- Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal & retention
- Ensure labour law compliance and internal audits
- Develop and implement HR policies and process improvements
Requirements:
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
- 8+ years in core HR roles, preferably in mid-sized organizations
- Proficient in payroll processing, compliance, and HRMS (e.g., GreytHR),PMS
- Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR operations
- Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
