The Layered Studio is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern to support our hiring, employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

If you enjoy interacting with people, organizing processes and helping build a positive work culture, this internship is a excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within the creative events and luxury lifestyle industry.

- Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding, documentation and internship records.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Help maintain HR files, reports and other administrative tasks.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, responsible and eager to learn.
- Interest in Human Resources, recruitment and people management.
