Position: HR Associate / Consultant – Recruitment

Qualification: Graduate (BMS / B.Com)

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

CTC: ₹1.5–2.5 LPA + Performance-linked incentives + Other perks

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job boards, social networking sites, and references as per requirement specifications.

- Shortlist candidates via telephonic and technical screening while assessing their interest level and fitment.

- Understand salary structures and manage salary negotiations.

- Follow up with selected candidates to confirm Date of Joining (DOJ) and update clients/respective departments accordingly.

- Excellent communication skills.





- Self-starter with a Go-Getter attitude.

- Comfortable with high-volume calling to potential candidates.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Ability to track daily recruiting activities and maintain a candidate pipeline.

- Proficiency in social media and network recruiting.

- Ambition to grow professionally and increase personal income.

- Candidates from Western Line only should apply.

Office Timings

- Working Hours: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
